The first half of my career, I worked in purchasing, supply chain, logistics and IT in industrial companies in Benelux, UK and Germany. I know therefore in detail the job of purchasing.
In 2006 I started in sales of logistics services for CEVA, GXO and finally ID Logistics.
I love creating meaningful relations between shippers and services providers and have experience with fantastic successes but unfortunately also with very difficult situations at both sides of the table.
I know that when you know what you want, select the right provider with the correct solution, build the right deal and manage it properly, the advantages of an outsourced solution are huge.
The key is however to do many things right and this requires hard work and a lot of experience. Hope is not a strategy when your supply chain and the success of your business are at stake. We know how to do it well from the start, but also how to correct it when it is not.
